    Some of the other reviews I read about phenibut made me fearful of negative side effects because it seemed like the people using it were getting high or seeking a legal alternative to get high. Phenibut is not going to get you high or cause euphoria. What it has done for me is help me get quality sleep and elevate my mood. No euphoria or lowered inhibitions.     I have been talking it for about one week and have had absolutely no effects. It is no different if I take it or not. Very disappointed.

    Phenibut has been the only cure for my lifetime of extreme shyness and social withdrawal. I can now go out into stores and shop without feelings of persecution and anxiety. It's been a miracle cure for me. I highly recommend it to anyone with similar personal issues.     I have taken phenibut over one year. It can bring out impulsive remarks and behavior that you may later regret. It also is an effective sleep aid and reduces anxiety. Stay at 500 mg or under for the first several doses. Don't take over 1 gram a day, and try to leave at least 3 days between doses. If you have an addictive personality stay away.
