    I am amazed at how Phenibut lifted my mood. I tend towards generalized anxiety and everyone I know has commented on how much happier I seem and my insomnia is gone.

    I take clonezapam for GAD. Between, prescriptions and out of the medication I decided to try phenibut until I got my script. It is not a substitute for those of us on long term benzo treatment-ie don't run out of clonezapam! However, if it's a nice go between if you aren't doing anything stressfull.     This stuff is amazing!! I tried this on a lark as a sleep aid and I can definitely say it works. I don't typically have problems falling asleep or staying, but I do like to enhance my sleep, so I often take various sleep aids like tryptophan, valerian, theanine, GABA and melatonin.     I bought some phenibut from supplemental direct. I was satisfied with them and the dosage described, i did not stick to the dosage, I took the highest amount recommended 1000mg.
