Absolutely activating. But being a fatigued, asthenic but very easily irritated and hyperactivated person I find sulbutiamine a substance to take cautiuosly. If you're impulsive, on sulbutiamine you have to be absolutely positively able of heightened self-control. NEVER combine it with coffee and other stumulants!

Took it for a while, and got very sick as did people on amazon reviews. There is evidence in the literature that it actually stops thiamine transport into cells which explains why it makes the user sicker. It has no positive effects, is not a nootropic, and is dangerous. I suggest getting a refund if you have bought some. The above review, and other positive ones on it such as on amazon are faked ...
