Kratom works to an extent for my pain. I enjoy not having to take opioids all the time for my chronic pain. Due to DEA rules, I'm not prescribed a sufficient amount of pills comparable to the length of time that the script covers. I can use kratom most of the time to fill that void. I take it in a tea form. There's one strain that I can take to go to sleep (and remain sleeping). Waki ... Show Full Comment

Kratom has helped my life in so many ways. I've had to be on pain meds for over 12 years. I've had two major back surgeries, two knee surgeries, fibromyalgia and depression. Before finding kratom I felt worthless, unable to work, non sociable and always felt out of it because of meds. Getting on kratom not only helped me not go through withdrawals. I take it daily as a holistic approach to managing stress and anxiety. It replaced pharmaceutical alternatives and even coffee.

    Comment:
Kratom has helped with back pain in a way that opiods and OTC medications cannot. There is not a sense that kratom is hard on my liver or body. After over a year of daily use, my comprehensive blood test came back completely within normal range for every parameter. Withdrawl was not as bad as caffeine, with my 10g/day usage.
