Originally I started to drink beet juice to help give me more energy during my workouts(increase nitic oxide). I didn't notice any increase in stamina, however it lowered my upper number blood pressure by 20 points after only using for two days. I am down to 119-122 and I am 66 yrs old.

I have been using beet juice and powder for the last 2 months and my blood pressure has dropped a few points(5-8). I have not noticed any other effects, negative or positive.

The taking of Beetroot juice for some may be very beneficial when attempting to lower your blood pressure, but care has to be taken as the juice can cause kidney stones as there is a considerable amount of oxalates in it.

I bet this is not a vegan product. L.Carnitine & BCAA must have been sourced from animals.

Bp is going down slowly also they promise you a free bottle but once you send your email address they never email you so the free bottle is a lie

While my BPis only borderline high 125/85 it is now running around 115/64 on average and my resting heart rate went down from 60-65 to 50-55. I just need to watch when standing up due to the lower numbers but I feel great.

I decided to stop my current meds for high blood pressure that i have been on for 4 years with no change in my high bp except a cough, so I started beet root gummies 4 days ago at 1000 mg a day, and this morning i checked bp and it is now 128/70 so happy and feel so much more energy without big pharma products. I also have a left branch blockage and my previous meds were slowing my heart rate down to 55 bpm. its now 72bpm I am beyond pleased with this product

For a week my bp have beeen 140 \90 my doctor want me to monitor for week if dont go dowm he will give me md...i refuaen.i doin diet exercise..and decide to to tried beet powder in tea of hibiscus .my bp was 130 /84 before the tea and one hour after 116/74.i keep my diet and exercise and drink my beet and hibiscut every day

My usual BP is 140-150/90 to 100. Yep stage 2 hypertension.. Started taking beetroot powder mixed in water twice a day and now the lowest I got is 107/78..my avg is 120/80 is which normal range. Obviously worked for me. I hope there will be a large scale study/research of this vegetable.

I started taking beetroot to improve my Hb level but I realized my BP shot up to 177/108mmHg & my RBS went as low as 3.7mmol. I've been feeling dizzy n fatigued, fever & high temperature not knowing the beets completely lowered my BP.

I am 84, have COPD, CAD, and ED. I have a porcine aortic valve and it and my other heart valves are calcifying. I began using beetroot powder about a month ago and have found that my blood O2 level while hitting has risen from +/- 85 to +/- 96. My ED functioning has slightly improved. With a moderate activity level such as walking, my O2 level does not decrease. I have had seriously high blood pressure, and the BP meds only made it worse. I decided to go on my own. Eating organic whole foods, grass fed, free range, etc, but esp the greens. It worked pretty well. My BP went from 180 down to 140 and sometimes in the teens! So I continued and decided to drink tea. BP went through the roof again. Did you know a lot of herbal teas have licorice in it? I love licorice, but it raises BP dramatically. No more tea. Phase 3, get exercise. I got a bike. Today, I put a beet in the oven and got on the bike. I checked BP, 166/110. I ate the beet and 5-10 minutes later, I had 150/100. It works!Read More Read Less
