I was told by my doctor to try cinnamon bark tablets to help my tremor and after having tried many stop prescription drugs over the years I was amazed how cinnamon worked the best! I have had IBS for years. Lots of gas and pain. Since I started taking cinnamon caps twice a day not only have ALL my symptoms gone, but about the same time I started taking them I caught a really bad cold.
