I developed severe tendinitis/arthritis/carpel tunnel in my right hand. I was told that birch tree oil would help, so I gave it a try. I rubbed it on my hand and noticed a different immediately. I try to put it on every day. Without it, my hand hurts so bad. It helps take the edge off. But be careful because sweet birch tree oil is poisonous if swallowed. I've been using it for the past 4 months or so.
