Am just beginning. Treatment Dr. recommending 1600 mg a day. Is this excessive?

Perilla actually upset my stomach badly. I felt just awful! This was after taking only 2 doses. UGH!

Usually, I use it during the heavier periods and it has worked every year without side effects. Couldn't handle the drowsiness from regular antihistamines. There are several studies on perilla and its antihistamine properties, just google and you'll find them. It does increase my tolerance to allergens while taking it, but does not make me immune, meaning I still have to be cautious in certain situations. Wouldn't recommend putting your nose to the ground and do some pollen sniffing. ;-)Read More Read Less
