I was having severe coughing from allergies and I took a nasturtium capsule and within seconds my coughing stopped. Amazing, found this in China at the pharmacy!

I ate some nasturtium leaves (10-15) intermixed with my usual salad, from my garden, and noted quite a potent diuretic effect. I take no medicines, nor do I have diagnosed disease. I'm in my 70's. The effect was quite unexpected. 'Net research indicates this effect has been noticed in others, and has been written about.
