I use it for PMS and it works very good to me. Better than vitex agnus castus. But when my PSM is at its worse, I have to take about 2000 mg of it.

had horrible chest congestion for two weeks. after 3 days with borage oil pills it was gone. had eczema breakout, split a pill open for the oil, immediate relief of itching and its fading fast

My skin has tendencies to become red & chaffed especially during the winter season. Also in summer the skin will dry out & become rough & unsightly. Borage when rubbed on it atopically makes it smooth & gets rid of bumps & dryness. Overall it smooths out the skin & helps keep the irritation in control.

off the medication and lost weight

I started taking softgels daily to help my rosacea. So far only a little improvement, if any. Noticed my period was very watery, then read here that it affects blood clotting. Will discontinue or only take occasionally.

I have Seborrheic Dermatitis. This cream has all but stopped the wild itching in my ears, and has completely stopped the shedding of layers of skin. I put a very small amount on a Q-tip, and apply it inside the ear daily. I also take (swallowed, by mouth) Borage Oil gelatin capsules 500mg (I take 3 per day) made by Spring Valley (WalMart brand). It is the only relief I have found... not even Rx from dermatologists have worked.

This products relaxes me at night time and I am having less pain and irratation in my vertical thigh. The numbness, burning, stinging and throbbing seem to have left. I will keep taking borage oil to prevent reoccurrence.

I saw this on Dr. Oz. Took this for weight loss in combination with Chitosan and PGX. I took it for the GLA concentration. I gained 10 pounds within a month, was always bloated and had fewer bowel movements.
