I’ve been using DoTerra essential oil version and it immediately gave me relief on taking 2 drops on my tongue and swishing mouth with water then swallowing. I would not recommend doing this with just any essential oil. Make sure you do your research only use tested and tried essential oils internally as many low end brands add alcohol t ... Comment:
I suffer with GERD and gas. For years Pepcid complete has been my go to remedy. Recently I have started chewing one or two whole pods of cardamom. Within fifteen minutes both the indigestion and belching go away. I also have less farting. Pepcid Complete never helped with gas. You do have to spit out the fibrous husk after chewing.
