A top notch skin healer. Specifically anti-allergen, pain reief, and wound healer. I commonly use it for mosquito and spider bites and bee/wasp stings >> works hard and fast. It doesn't work for acidic bites (most ant bites and some spider bites) though. Excellent for all wounds, and skin irritations, even burns. This has been my external go-to herb for many years.

I picked some broad leaf plantain (plantago major) that grows naturally in my front yard. Took two leaves and made a tea out of it. Put in a little lemon juice and consumed about 2 cups. The effect was near immediate. Cough subsided, breathing became easier, and chest pain subsided.
