Amla, or Indian Gooseberry, contains extremely high levels of oxalates, and precipitates kidney stones rapidly. Not recommended.

I have been using the Indian Gooseberries for a year (one a day) and the benefits are real. My immunity has gone up significantly and being diabetic, my hb1ac is a good 5.4.

Comment:
I use the Amla (Indian Gooseberry) becaue it has been extremely effective with my treatment of type 2 Diabetes. I have been able to reduce my insulin injection by 50 % and maintain my sugar control. I is easy to take and I would like to see it as a supplement for anyone who is insulin resistant like myself.
