Important note! Apple Cider Vinegar has many good uses, BUT! It is known to cause Bone Density issues by leaching Vitamin D from the bones when taken orally for any serious length of time. So, if you take ACV orally for more than 1 week, please supplement your diet with Vitamin D-3. This is the most complete form of Vitamin D for this kind of issue. Other than this warning, stick with the recommen...

I was having water retention and swelling in my ankles and wanted to use a natural therapy. Started taking 2T ACV in 8oz water once a day. Within a few days my ankles were back to normal. My doctor was also ready to start me on cholesterol medicine if I didn't lower my numbers. Without doing anything else but drinking the ACV daily, my total cholesterol went down from 205 to 179. My trigs improved as well as my LDL. The only thing that didn't change was my HDL. I use Spectrum Naturals Organic unpasteurized and unfiltered ACV that I get in the local grocery store. Unfiltered/Unpasteurized is supposed to be better because it still has the "mother" in it. Read More Read Less

Started using ACV about 2weeks ago for my acne. I use topically (mix 1/2 water and 1/2 AVC) as a toner morning and night. I also add 2 tablespoons to 20 oz. of water along with a Crystal Light single serve (to make it taste better). My acne has decreased significantly and as an added benefit it does seem to act as an appetite suppressant!

Cider vinegar is not great to ingest because it takes the enamel off your teeth. Use as a topical agent works great.

Totally satisfied, does wonders at keeping my stomach feeling happy and flat, no more bloated feeling, awesome in more ways than one. Great for lowering sugar levels for me by 50 points as a pre-diabetic, powerful brand I highly recommend, will buy again.

I take the apple cider vinegar tablets along with rasberry ketones, and it has been helping me lose weight. I'm also diabetic, and have average to low sugar levels now. It does cause some mild pain (from wind), but not much. However, I now have to take vitamin D3 for bone issues. So like most pills you have to pick your poison.

I've suffered from foot and leg cramps off and on for 55 years. Ordered an Amish remedy on line made from organic AV, liquid garlic and fresh ginger. Half a cap full ended the pain in seconds. I now buy the raw ingredients, throw them in the bottle together and Voila! I get much more product on the cheap. I use to spend hours crying and trying to massage the cramps away. I tried every crack pot cure with any promise of relief. Nothing worked as efficiently or as rapidly.

Used ACV for shingles pain after suffering intense pain for 12 months. After taking 2 tbs. twice per day, the pain decreased by 65% so that I feel alive again and hope to continue to fill better as I take the ACV.

mix with baking soda to form a paste, apply to ringworm, loosely cover and leave for 15 minutes, twice a day. Gets rid of ringworm alot faster than topical anti-fungal creams.

Vinegar/oil dressing on a salad before your meal can lower the whole glycemic load of the meal by up to 33%. No oral diabetes drugs can do that. I discovered this on my own, but now I see this is documented in my latest copy of the glycemic index books. Next time you blood sugar is high, try eating a Greek salad for lunch. It will drop my blood sugar at least 70 - 100 points on my meter.

I have been living with chronic left upper abdominal pain within 15 minutes after eating for over a year. I was diagnosed with gastritis and possible referred gallbladder disease. I had taken different prescriptions for reflux as well as low fat diet. Nothing was helping and becoming worse with anything I ate or drank (I do not drink alcohol). I finally started taking 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar twice daily and I have had not one minute of pain since. I have eaten chocolate, hamburgers, pizza, etc and not one minute of pain since starting the vinegar. I took the vinegar while having the pain and it resolved and has not returned since. It is my miracle worker. I cannot believe how quickly it worked for me. I was getting to the point of desperation. I am a believer.Read More Read Less
