Started spearmint tea twice a day for elevated testosterone due to PCOS. In two months my testosterone levels dropped from 76 to 49. Amazing!

Prior to drinking spearmint tea twice a day, my testosterone level was 95ng/dL. After drinking the tea for a month, my testosterone level dropped to 24ng/dL! I'd say it's working to balance my hormones.
