concurrent with the use of this drug was improvement of sexual function (ejaculation) was there a likely connection?

i was precribed VASOLES...containing trypsin, peruvian balsam, caster oil....have only used it one month for BED SORES with special order bandage from Switzerland....still trying to heal but it has helped...KEEPIN' TREATMENT UP.....
