Please stop using stims!!! I learned the hard way, I ended up in ICU at Mayo Clinic. I would start my day taking 60mg. of Ritalin, then start making the rounds to the stores around town. I was averaging 8 to 10 pints of Monster, Red Bull, ect. Its not worth Heart problems, insomnia, and most people have a whole range of other Health related troubles. please...do like our Parents and family did, co...

I like the 90% of Americans who use caffeine used it to help wake me up in the mornings. My overuse of caffeine has caused immense health problems for me. It was the leading cause of my Acid Reflux (GERD) disorder. My symptoms are rare but becaume commonplace with persistent use. My symptoms include vomiting, nautiousness, gas (excessive burping), nervous twitching, and depression/anxiety. I won't...

There is research evidence to support ADHD treatment with caffeine. Additionally, I have found caffeine calms me almost to the point of tiredness. It does help me focus but when it wears off, information has not been transferred to my short term memory. I still struggle with absent-mindedness, while my ADHD medication helps me be more neurotypical.

I have experienced ringing in the ears. Not sure whether or not I have had an irregular heart beat, although I thought it had happened once. I have struggled to sleep from time to time but I am trying to come off it -it is just so enjoyable. I don't know what I would do without caffeine and I am quite happy for the person who invented it. I did feel dizzy now and then from time to time cos of the coffee. I have also had headaches. I am writing a autobiography of my caffeine experience, called Coffee and me. Read More Read Less

My girlfriend and I orderered a 400 gram tub of anyhydrous caffeine a few weeks back and boy am I glad she did. We picked ours up at Liftmode as we found the best price for the quantity there. The price was excellent and we have enjoyed it. I'm glad she and I ordered the caffeine. This makes a great sustitutue to your morning coffee. Its easy to the amount that suits you properly because of the measuring scoops contained with my order. I like to add 50mg to my breakfast shakes. For those of you who drink coffee all the time, consider checking out Liftmode's caffeine, you won't be disappointed!Read More Read Less

caffeine is easy to use, and it is easy to get. It gives you the feeling of renewed energy, alertness, and vigor. But it is harmful to your body causing fatigue, headache, ache and pains, depression and other negative symptoms. And the worst thing of all is that it is addictive. caffeine is not a good thing, not good at all. it takes you up, but then it brings you down with a crash.

I use 200 mg in the morning before I take Ritalin. It seems to me that I function better the days I use both. Can't be sure, but I've tried most other stuff out there within the damned nutrition supplement industry. Caffeine does work for me..with vitamin D supplement. Not omega 3. So can't be 100% sure what is what. But, sometimes I don't use Ritalin but just use at all just caffeine 200 mg x2, morning and mid-day and possibly one more. I don't drink coffee on top. I try to keep the total dosage under 500 mg.I feel it might be just as good or something that should be added to an adhd medicine. Of course, adhd can be many things. I might have sleep disorder that is root of my adhd. So, maybe that can be relevant. Read More Read Less

While caffeine is not as effective as medications such as adderall, it can help me focus if I use the right amount. I have found that I am able to focus better in all of my college classes when I drink coffee and take a stimulant medication.

Caffeine withdrawal can produce moderate to severe headaches accompanied by nausea and dizziness, lasting over 12 hours. The headache usually appears 1 to 2 days after suspended use. These symptoms can be treated with a dose of caffeine eliminating them within 10 minutes. This is why headache preparations with caffeine are so effective while pure aspirin provides no headache relief from a caffeine withdrawal headache. Those sensitive to caffeine may experience a caffeine withdrawal headache with the consumption of a single cola soft drink. The 1 to 2 day delay of the headache makes it hard to associate the cause and effect.Read More Read Less
