So I really love Skullcap, but after speaking with my doctor have decided to stop any further usage. Figured I would share the information, although I am truly sad to see this taken out of my herba...

I had a bad reaction to it, taken as a "tincture" in grain alcohol (like most all herbal tictures are), sold in a small bottle in the local health store. Have used skullcap periodically over the past 30 years, almost always in tincture form. Though it has never eliminated my panic attacks, it has provided great relief from this condition and has never had any negative side effects. Nor do it leave you with that "narcotic hangover" like most anxiety medication.
