Mother Wort and Hawthorn Berry are my go-to herbs for palpatations and any heart worries. They work well together and they work fast for me.

I use a tincture of motherwort in about a 1/4c of water and drink it when i have anxiety and my heart is racing. It seems to help alot. It relaxes me. I just take it when needed.

I have Tachycardia and a heart murmur. I use this to slow down my heart rate when it gets too high and I cannot function. It works fairly quickly and although it tastes terrible, it works for me. I use a tincture that is made at my local health food store.

I saw my dr about episodes of racing heart and night sweats that were keeping me awake. Dr wasn't sure what was causing it and prescribed a beta-blocker, which didn't help with the night sweats at all . After I stopped taking the beta-blocker-I tried taking a capsule of motherwort every night before bed, and the episodes became shorter and less frequent.

I wanted to take it for my Anxiety, it did not help but it really helped with hot flushes at night and it decreased intensity of my periods. I am very grateful for this herb.

I started using Motherwort about a month ago after hearing that it helps with sleep problems. I didn't have any trouble falling asleep, but would wake up at 2-3 am and stay awake until 7 am when it is already time to get up. My days were ruined as I felt tired all the time and enabled to dose off in a day light. About 5-7 days after starting taking Motherwort, my sleep pattern began to improve and now I have no problem to sleep through the night even after a couple of journeys to toilet. As an added bonus, my usually raised blood pressure stabilized as well. I am using Eclectic Institute Leonorus cardiaca flower top in an alcohol/water tincture form, fresh herb strength 1:2, 32 drops in warm water, 1 hour before bedtime. I haven't noticed any adverse side effects so far. Read More Read Less
