I have a hard time feeling sleepy at night. Hence I dont have the urge to stop doing whatever and go to bed on time which greatly effects my quality of life and my ability to fulfill my responsibilities. I heard from my mom about poppy seeds (khash khaash) so I tried it. I take a quarter (1/4th) teaspoon of khash khaas an hour before I sleep. I make a tea with the poppy seeds and it helps with pain, stomach distress and arthritis. Start with a cup of seeds in a quart of water and half of lemon. Shake for one minute. Never mind straining as the seeds are good for you. Drink all the liquid over the course of the day. To your health.
