Definitely works. You get laser-focused and get into the "zone" to get whatever work you need to get done. As the other reviews say, it is essentially a safer version of Adderrall and is easier to get as opposed to the actual pharmaceutical-grade medication itself. Definitely works. You get laser-focused and get into the "zone" to get whatever work you need to get done. As the other reviews say, it is essentially a safer version of Adderrall and is easier to get as opposed to the actual pharmaceutical-grade medication itself. But if you do choose this, be careful as it does raise your heart rate, and can cause heart beat irregularities. I am a healthy young adult male who worksout 5-6 days a week strength and cardio training and has a very good diet and no drugs of any kind and my heart rate was 106 resting, when usually it is around 60-70BPM. In general, stay on the safe side and if you have any underlying conditions be extremely careful taking it. Dosage: 200mg x1 at bodyweight 185lbs Effects: insomnia, irritability, restlessness, headache. Basically diet meth. I took it as a stimulant to work out and ended up writing a 20000 word essay on the history of Bangladesh and not sleeping for 3 days. I most likely took too much; it seemed to do far more than it should have to be effective in any way,
