I have suffered with kidney stones for the past 32 years but on my last visit to hospital was recomended gravel root by a nurse who told me it had worked for a friend of hers. I bought some gravel root capsules and have taken these for approx two months and have found that I have passed many small stones during this time which would indicate that it is having the effect of breaking up the stones.

Had a 5mm kidney stone that was seen in my kidney on an imaging film- used gravel root for 2 weeks and at my sonogram appt., the doc couldn't see the stone and told me that I must have passed it. Which would have been impossible to pass a stone that big, undetected !
