I have used this supplement before a high carb meal for the past 15 weeks. During that time I have also practiced 18/6 Intermittent Fasting 5 days per week. During my non-fasting I have followed a low carbohydrate diet. My weight was 212 lbs when I began and is now 184 lbs. My LDL-C cholesterol was 64 and is now I am 72 and have struggled with my weight for the past 20 years. This system has worked for me.

First, let me state that the previous uninformed comment concerning the availability in the U.S. is untrue. I get mine from a legal and commercial U.S. sports supplement provider called Hammer Nutrition. It's in their Phytolean (1500mg of Phaseolus Vulgaris L) I haven't notice a change in weight due to an extreme increase in physical training. No side affects.

I drank bean pod tea for two months and went from my A1c being 9.2-6.6 in 6 months and did have to use insulin's any more. It is used in Europe and Russia for treatment of dietibities I got my fro m some old friends in Vietnam. .you can't find it I Us.
