When do premenstrual symptoms start before my period?

ANSWER

You’ll usually start noticing signs that your monthly period is coming about 1-2 week before you start menstruating. The premenstrual symptoms go away once bleeding starts. A very small number of women don’t’ get premenstrual symptoms.
