Try the following to restore audio to the video:
Adjust the volume bar to a preferred setting. Confirm the audio icon is not muted on the playback bar.

Close other programs using sound. Sometimes WebMD cannot access the sound card if another program is using too much bandwidth. Close these programs, then try to play the WebMD audio again.
Check sound card status. The sound card may be out-of-date or corrupt, if so, it may be necessary to update drivers.
Confirm the Windows color settings are at 16-Bit:
1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then select Control Panel. Double-click the Display icon.
