I was having pain in my knees and back. A friend recommended glucosamine with condroitin. I take one with each meal. Within one week I felt so much better. Knees are back to normal, get out of bed without any pain in back. Have been having headache and upset stomach has anyone else using experienced this side effect?

10 years ago, i had knee swelling...went to bone doctor who said ..knee was not bad enough for surgery--i should take anti inflamatory, etc... found a book at health food store written by a doctor on the glucosamine and condroitant.....took recommended dose for 2 months...and i have never had any problems...except when i stop taking it, etc.....i would recommend it...but you must keep on it as I d ... I get stiff knees, especially if I have been sitting or crossing my legs for even a short period of time. The AdvoCare Joint Promotion has lubed my joints well so I don't get the stiffness anymore

I have been taking as a suplemment for 2 years and it is like black and white, I feel much better and Iam able to exercise tre times a week.
