I was having pain in my knees and back. A friend recommended glucosamine with condroitin. I take one with each meal. Within one week I felt so much better. Knees are back to normal, get out of bed without any pain in back. Have been having headache and upset stomach has anyone else using experienced this side effect?

I get stiff knees, especially if I have been sitting or crossing my legs for even a short period of time. The AdvoCare Joint Promotion has lubed my joints well so I don't get the stiffness anymore

I just found out I have arthritis in my knees after a couple of years of knee pain. I have been taking ibuprohen with success but decided to add glucosomine and I noticed an improvement in 3 days. I am not completly pain free but it is much more tolerable.
