  • Not Active: A desk job and little or no regular exercise.
  • Lightly Active: 1-3 hours/week of light exercise.
  • Moderately Active: 3-5 hours/week of moderate exercise.
  • Very Active: 5-6 hours/week of strenuous exercise.
  • Extremely Active: A physically demanding job, or 7 or more hours/week of strenuous exercise.
