This drug is awful! I was prescribed it for mild adult acne and besides causing skin irritation, yeast infections, discoloration of teeth and nausea among other terrible side effects, it made my acne much worse than it was to begin with! I stopped taking it after 5 weeks. Do not take this medication!

Yes, Doryx works very well, it cleared up the redness of my zits and stopped the acne from popping up, but i'm very active in sports and this drug made me tired and short of breath.

The last 12 weeks on this product have been TERRIBLE! It's taken my acne and made it about 10 times worse. I've also used prescription topical cream in conjuction with it. I've followed the directions exactly and never missed a dose. Also, it's caused me to get numberous yeast infections. Think twice before you go on Doryx.
