tired of being tired tried and it worked dont like the side effects.thought i am just crazy.taken it for over a year now i am having trouble falling asleep dont know why.thinking about med.marijuana instead

Unfortunately. I have been trying to get off Ambien 10 after 7 years. It no longer kept me sleeping through the night. Maybe 3 to 4 hours.. Tried 50 mlg. trazadone and it left me disoriented, big headache and hung over. Also felt like I could not focus and was really distracted. Have to take both ambien and trazodone simultaneously until I can cut back on the ambien. But I don't Think i ca ... Show Full Comment

Also felt pretty nauseous today. I need something else. One night it did nothing at all, and kinda kept me Jerome sleeping. Became totally jittery. Need an extra ambien just to go to sleep.

I take 150mg per bedtime for sleep. It helps in the beginning to put me to sleep however it wears off before morning.

This medication works relatively well. I just received a new prescription and the pills look different even though the dosage remained the same. Glad this is not habit forming.
