I find it may be a little too strong, if I take just one tablet it's hard for me to wake up, however lulls the anxiety and keeps the nightmares to a minimum. It works extremely fast as well. Just a note, not everyone is going to be affected by a drug the same way so I wouldn't base my using of the drug on good(or bad) reviews.

At first, it didn't seem to help. I've been on it for 2 years now though and it allows me to sleep without feeling groggy during the day. It works fairly fast and I don't seem to have any side effects. Better than Ambien and Lunesta.

I was and still do at times have a very hard time falling and staying asleep. Taking this medication during those times is Extreamly effective. Only problem is I find it next to impossible to lose the groggy feeling the next day, even after splitting the med's in to 1/4th's. But over all it is good when I really need the sleep.

I had to increase the dosage over the 3 years I was taking it to help me sleep and in the end I had severe blurred vision. Very scary. I ended up with narrow angle glaucoma and we are not sure if the drug contributed to the problem or not. If you experience blurred vision see an eye doc immediately
