works ok but the effects are short-lived and I often have to take a higher dose

Comment:
Some of the generic drugs make me feel like a Zombie, others make me overly sleepy. I am now taking the non-generic "expensive" ultram and find I have less side effects

I find it mild and somewhat effective. I have no side affects that I can tell, so I will continue to take the meds because there is very little else I can take for pain.

I had a work injery on my right shoulder, 3 months later I had bone spur and decompression surgery. It took a trip to the ER to find that ultram worked better then Percaset by far. The only problem I have is that it has lost some of its affectiveness over time. Now I'm having to look for something similler to it.
