Comment:
Taken this three times total. First was initial infection of left parotid gland. Second and third infections of left submandibular gland 6 months apart, 3 years after parotid. Very satisfied with this medicine. Worked flawlessly for me. Currently on the third 'event' on day #6 of 10 day antibiotics. So far the third is clearing up nicely. I had rectal hemorrhaging from this drug. It is a side effect and scared me to death!!! Once I stopped this med the bleeding stopped. Saw doctor and confirmed the drug was the issue/cause of the bleeding.

I started taking this medication to clear up an abscess that started around a crowned tooth. Little did I know I must have had a really bad and deep sinus infection as well. About 2-3 days after starting the clindamycin and huge and disgusting amount of drainage came out of my nose when I blew it. It was so disgusting it made me throw up. I had a wisdom tooth and molar in front of it surgically removed. One week of excruciating pain later I found out I have cellulitis. I was prescribed Clindamycin 300 mg every six hours for ten days. It worked beautifully after only the first night! Can're say I am a fan of the side effects though. Terrible taste, bubbly pain in my middle chest and back (not heartburn), feeling like everythi ...
