When I first started taking it, I would take 2 at a time. Then I noticed that I was hungry every couple of hours. I do,however, feel light headed and kind of high all the time. But I am able to focus and still get my job done. I sleep better at night and sleep longer. I only take 2 every couple of days (sometimes every 3rd day). It boost my matabolism. I use to take Allegra for my allergies but that kept me awake all night long, Benadryl is cheaper and I don't need a prescription to get it. To me it is 3 pills in one. without this medication in the past i had to go to the emergengy room. now with my problems with food allergy i can not take red or pink or green pills. why take dye free and change it? i can not find it and i may need it at any time. this worries me.
