I just started taking Wellbutrin, and obviously should have started it many years ago. I believe its going to save my life. Unfortunately I have made some poor decisions over the years, and being depressed so much seems obvious to me now, was a huge part of those poor decisions(as well as evidence in journals, and doctor notes to prove depression was "at fault"). My depression was expressed by daytime lethargy/ sleepiness/ lack of focus, and general apathy. Around the third or fourth week of Wellbutrin my excessive sleepiness had dissapated and a I experienced much better focus and attention. I no longer needed Adderral to remain focused and alert. I was in a car accident 3 years ago and suffered multiple spinal/nerve damage permanent injuries. Because of this accident, I suffered severe financial problems and major depression issues. I WAS SLEEPING ALL WEEKEND LONG (I'M ON ZOLOFT, KLONOPIN, TRAZADONE) I DID NOT FEEL LIKE DOING NOTHING AND THEN SHE PUT ME ON THIS AND IT HAS HELPED ME SO SO MUCH. I HAVE BEEN ON IT FOR 3 MONTHS, STOPPED DRINKING BUT MY MUSCLES AND BODY ACHES

Comment:
I am ADD and anxiety prone with bouts in situational depression. The first month was really hard due to side effects, no side effects now. I'm on the lowest dose and have seen improvement overall, but the situational depression continues. I will likely raise the dosage, but I'm concerned about possible side effects.
