Who the hell approved this medication?? My daughter used it and had intense burning in her throat right away . Yes it cleared her stuffy nose but the burning was unbearable . How has the FDA approved this ?? ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS

I've finally been able to breathe! I have absolutely no burning anywhere. I've been using this for almost a year. It works so well that I have diluted it with saline 50/50 even though it says not to dilute it, I beg to differ! I use saline in between to keep my sinuses from drying out (that may be the cause of y'alls burning issues) I've read somewhere that continued use means increasing doses for same effect but not in my case. I use 2 sprays each nostril every 12 hours and have never had to increase the dose. I wouldn't be able to breathe without this stuff but I do worry about possible side effects. I'm experiencing sore gums but I'm not sure if it's my old age or this stuff. I'm in the process of finding out. If I can get an answer I will update. Thankful for breathing! Read More Read Less

What the actual F'c is wrong with this product? My head is on FIRE! My nose, the roof of my mouth, my throat. ALL ON FIRE??Its so intense my eyes are running like a faucet, the sneezing won't stop, I'm salivating like a rabid dog...WTF! HONESTLY IT'S SO PAINFUL I'M NAUSEOUS! For the moron who says it has menthol in it...MINE DOES NOT! So thankful he can find it within his arrogant self to tell me and the rest of us what we are experiencing! Never will I use this again. I am in so much pain from the burning sensation in my sinuses and throat. Give me my congestion back and take back the pain!

For everyone complaing about it burning the product contains menthol what did you really expect to happen by putting it in your nose works great for me burns on initial use then fades away only did 1 squirt in each nostril

I woke up with a stuffy nose and a sinus headache. To relieve it I decided to take this nasal spray that I brought.and directly after taking it my nose and throat started to burn severely. Breathing in through my nose and mouth make it worse. I am throwing away this product and never using it again. it seems to be working on my stuffy sinuses in a way. By draining them, causing a runny nose and allowing more air flow. The end result is that I still can't breathe. This time it's not from stuffiness but from the pain I feel from the burning when I breathe in. 1 hour later and my nose and throat still burn. Horrible! Excruciating pain! Throat on fire for hours! Can't believe a nasal spray would do that.

I had a horrible cold. I couldn’t breath out of nose at all. I used this medication 3 times over a 3 day period. The third time, it went into my throat and caused the worst burning sensation and pain. I called my ENT to see what I could do. I got a NeilMed, the bottle you squeeze into your nose similar to a nedipod from CVS and flushed my nose as instructed by the ENT. I also picked up some extra strength throat lozenges, CVS brand. I am pleased to say after the rinse with the NeilMed and taking a lozenge my pain is gone. Hopefully it’s gone for good if not I’ll take another lozenge in 2 hours. My ENT doctor instructed me to rinse my sinuses 2 times today and 4 times for 3 days then back to twice a day for 4 days to clear my sinuses due to the cold. I hope this helps someone as the burning in my throat was one of the worst pains I’ve experienced in my life (35 years old) and nothing was helping until I did this. If I could give negative stars I would! I’m at an ER… it’s been 5 hours… the burning won’t go away! Worst nasal spray experience ever!!!

I used for congestion, everything inside my head burns! Nasal cavity, back of throat, ears! It burns so bad! The first hour my nose drained like a waterfall, that stopped but the burning! It’s been 5 hours now, tried water rinse, hot shower heating on my face (which actually helped a little), Benadryl just in case it was an allergic reaction, no real relief! I spoke to the pharmacy and they said there is a Rx ointment that may provide some relief so I’m at an ER now, hoping to get the ointment and that it will help! Horrible horrible horrible experience! I don’t normally use nasal sprays but I couldn’t breathe through my nose because of a cold so I tried this. I wish I hadn’t. My nose is on fire after only one squirt into each nostril. I honestly don’t know what to do. The burning sensation is much worse than having a stuffy nose. It’s 3 AM as I’m writing this. Do not use, this shouldn’t be available over the counter or at all!!

I had a stuffy nose so i sprayed one spray in each nostril, cleared up my stuffy nose very quickly, but as soon as i used it my throat started burning, my throat has now been hurting for at least 3 hours, i’m in horrible pain.

very easy to use, and I know that in these reviews a lot of people say they have experienced burning but personally I have not. before taking this medicine I was blowing my nose every 5-10 minutes but now my nose is a lot better. not 100% but definitely improved.

I sprayed it in my nose as directed on the box. My nose quickly went from stuffy to runny. Then the burning hit a hour later. I have a chemical burn in my throat from this stuff!!! It's horrible!!! Please ban it!!!

DONT USE THIS. IT BURNS SO BAD. I used two sprays in each nostril as it directed and now I’m in so much pain. I’m about to get on a plane and I needed to open my sinuses but it was 100% not worth it.

Very helpful for the congested nose. It helps me breathe better.
