I've been taking the 30mg tablets for maybe 8 months now and they do what they're supposed to. I found it took a week or two to start getting used to them. They help with sleep maybe too much. They force me to sleep about 8 hours even through a couple alarm clocks going off by my head for a couple hours. I'm going to be honest, if you take Mirtazapine, NO FOOD IS SAFE! It really works well as an antidepressant, and is good for my Anxiety also, but i have never loved food so much, even the stuff i used to hate :(
