I previously reviewed these drops after using one time. I decided to try them again & have used them now for almost 3 months with no side effects that I can say are coming from them. I do have bad sinus allergies but I hope they are from the outside air & not these drops. I use them at night, & they have lasted almost 3 months.

I was on Alphagan P for about 6 months and my left leg hurt so much my doctor had me get a cardiogram to see if I had a cardiovascular problem. I checked the Side Effects for this drug on the internet and found that it could cause muscular weakness. I stopped this drug and was given Briminodine about 3 weeks ago. My leg is beginning to feel weak again, like it's going to give out on me. The ph...

I have been on Brimondine Tartrate Opt for the treatment of open-angled Glaucoma and at first was fine with switching to this medication as the last med I as on was beta-blocker and I was not able to take anymore due to possible adverse reaction to allergy shots I am required to take. In the past two months I have gone through eye allergy hell-I am certain I have developed an allergy to this drop yet my healthcare does not feel so. I have developed a severe sensitivity to light (even indoor lights), have terrible bloodshot eyes that go away when I stopped taking this drop for a few days, and have constant horrible looking scabs that have developed under my eyes (I have a blister that then turns into scabs)these resemble black eyes that look horrible and hurt. I would not recommend this medication at all although it has lowered my pressure numbers my eyes look like I've been in a fight.Read More Read Less

This medication has been a great help with my eye care. I have to use the generic version because I am allergic to the preservative in the name brand. I have used this drop longer than any other drop. Usually the effectiveness of the drops last just a couple of years. I have been using this for 5 years now. I use Lumigan at night to lower the pressures even more because I also has VSR disease in one eye.

Although the drug is working to bring down the pressure in my eye, it has caused considerable anxiety and muscle stiffness.
