It took me 3 nights to figure out I just needed 1/3 of the pill to sleep all night and not feel sleepy the next day. I absolutely love it. I have restless leg syndrome and ADHD so sleeping at night without meds is impossible. I just hope there are no long term effects from using it every night. Does anybody know if there are?

I've been taking medication for sleep on & off for 20 years. THEY ALL CAN BE DANGEROUS & ALL ARE ADDICTING! With that said, I would never suggest anyone taking anything for sleep for more than 3 days UNLESS under the CONSTANT (weekly) care of a seasoned sleep professional that KNOWS that all of these medications have the potential to become addictive and can be dangerous. I've literally been to ov...

Severe dizziness which is stated as a serious side effect due to allergic reaction. Read the box which I had thrown away. Bought Kirkland brand from Costco. Slept great until I almost fell out of bed due to the dizziness.

woke on the bathroom floor with not clue how I got there...for some reason every time I take this sleep aid I can't remember where I was before taking it and after I take it and I am in another location I don't know how I got to that location....This is not the best product for people with sleep issues and memory loss.

I’m in my teens and I take this occasionally before I sleep for the night. For me, I tend to have early morning awakenings and then have troubles falling back to sleep. Half a pill keeps me drowsy enough to quickly fall back asleep and I wake up feeling refreshed.

Best Sleep Aid out there. Works way better than any prescription drug without side effects. 1/2 is all you need. Been taking for 10 years with no problem. Had Insominia since I was 35 Yrs old.

I don't fall asleep easily and sometimes wake up after 3 or 4 hours so I tried this sleep-aid from a warehouse store. Half a pill works fine for me. My only worry is if it is habit forming. I'm afraid to stop since I'm getting 7-8 hours of good sleep with one-half of a pill.

I experienced awful anxiety. I actually couldn’t sleep because my heart was beating a mile a minute. I felt itchy, and on fire like. Almost in a drug type withdrawal. I’m pregnant and was recommended this and b6 for nausea. I’m confused as to what happened and why I felt this way. I tried it not once but twice and now I know to never touch it again.

Stopped HRT upon advice of my doctor. Had no problems with insomnia while in Hormone replacement therapy, so this inability to sleep had me exhausted. Tried a generic “ sleep aid”, and was surprised to find out what it actually was. No problems taking it and am happy with the way I sleep. Evidently, simple and inexpensive is what works for me.

experienced falling and staying asleep until i found this at costco sleep aid is all it said with the active ingrediant doxylamine. I am happy to have found and now take this nightly. I get a good 8-10 hours of sleep. If i do wake up to use the bathroom i fall right back asleep! The best part is of course a well rested sleep and I wake up feeling fantastic! I highly recommend costco brand its a two pack and a great find!

I have trouble falling/staying asleep due to work related stress issues. I've been using this med for over 3 years. When I use it, I generally sleep soundly for 8 hours and wake up refreshed. The problem I have with it is that I can't use it for more than 2 - 3 consecutive nights. When I do I have bizarre dreams and, occasionally, night terrors. I only use it very occasionally now.

I suffer from sleep apnea, and after being placed ashore from my military duties due to medical issues, my sleep patterns were absolutely horrible. I couldnt fall asleep, and when I did i would wake up every 2 hours or so. I started taking 1 pill a night at the same time every night for the last year and I get a solid 8 hours every night. The only drawback is Im extremely drowsy in the morning and usually dont get out of bed till around 8 or 9 am.

I have great confidence in any Kirkland brand product. Costco is a great company and they don't put their name on junk. I've used this product daily for several years and it really works with no side effects other than dry mouth. I would strongly recommend 1/2 tablet for normal use. If I take a full tablet, I am out for 10-12 hours. Half a tablet works for a good night's sleep, and I'm a big guy. Thanks Costco! The rest of American businesses should be run like Costco.

Certain medications work differently for different people. This is one I've been using for years since it's the only over the counter that helps me sleep. Doctors rarely want to prescribe ambien more than once even though i have had chronic sleeping issues my whole life

When menopause set in I could, not sleep. This has been a miracle for me. I sleep like a baby. Occassionally I'll wake up and take another but rarely. Also, I only drink one cup of caffeine in the morning and that is all. This is a God send.

This is definitely a knock out pill. I first took Doxylamine a few years ago when I wasn't working and would sleep for hours. Literally hours! That was a whole pill. I now just started taking it again and last night was my second time since before with only half a pill. Even then, that to me who is above average in height and weight is so strong for me. I slepted probably 8:30 to 9 hours and feel like I can go back to sleep. The very good news is just have some coffee in the A.M. and there is literally no side effects. By the way I want to mention I suffer from Panic Attacks, Social Anxiety, back pain, and chronic insomnia so I was diagnosed 14 years ago. Believe me when I say the best medication for insomnia because it truly is. I hope this helps and please enjoy your life to the fullest!Read More Read Less
