I've been on Bupropion SR 100 mg 2x a day for about 4 1/2 weeks and so far I'm not sure it's working for me. I took it a few years ago in conjunction with therapy and it worked wonders- motivated, happy, less stressed. I also don't really remember any side effects. Since I've started taking it again (for depression/ADD/SAD)I haven't been feeling too much of a difference, in ... Show Full Comment

It is unlike any of the dozens of other antidepressants I've taken over the years--it gives me energy and makes it easier to get up in the morning! Please note that I only take the brand-name of this drug--I had severe reactions to the generic version (complete meltdown). I took the brand name for many years with no proble ... Show Full Comment

I have had severe depression since I was a child. I have tried many anti-depressents, some worked but lost their effectiveness after years of taking them. I have been on Wellbutrin SR for about a month. I also take another anti-depressent with the Welbutrin. Before taking Wellbutrin SR, I had no motivation and no interest in life. This has changed dramatically and includes a lot more energy. ... Show Full Comment

I need to point out that I was on Effexor XR for almost 10 years and was so eager to get off it. During inpatient at a psych ward, the psychiatrist put me on Wellbutrin SR. I've been on it less than a month and it's definitely working! I have so much more energy and motivation. It did increase my anxiety and I had quite a few of the side effects. I stuck through them and glad I did. I feel ... Show Full Comment
