I have been on this for a little more than a week. The strength will need to be increased, but thus far I have not felt the sleepyness and fatigue that I have felt with the use of other drugs such as the patch or oxycotten. I do experience brief periods of tiredness, but once I am over that period I find that I have energy and a considerable normal function mode. I just hope it will not get muc ... Show Full Comment

After 20 years of pain, and trying many diffrent prescription drug this is finally giving me some relief! Oxycontin did nothing! Opana Er 20mg twice a day is taking the pain away enough that I can finally do everyday things I could not before starting this drug. The only thing is that it is VERY expensive. ive tried this med for my rsd was like taking a water pill did absolutely nothing except cause extreme swelling in legs and with rsd thats not a good thing.. my husband is on this says has helped his pain the best (spinal stenosis) but he never ever can sleep literally stays up all nite plus hes had a really bad stiff neck since starting it too? does anyone else have these symptoms? feel bad for h ...
