This way no diziness or nausea. I don't like taking pill at bedtime because then the pill does no...

My first HIV drug, I do not notice any side effects. CD4/Viral perfect scores. Not that large as people say. Same size as a large vitamin. 3 Pills in one.

Before taking Atripla I stopped taking my meds because there were just to many and remembering the timing of them all. Yes I had a relapse and it effected me greatly. After returning to my doctor for care he put me on Atripla. I've been on it since April of this year 2007. I take it before I go to bed. I had trouble swallowing that horse pill so I began to just crush it and take it like BC powder on my tongue with some water or juice to wash it down. At first I felt very high in the mornings and somewhat of balance. But I gave my body a chance to adjust and from my last test this month December 2007 the virus is undetectable even with the most sensitive test being done. So in short I am very pleased with the results and I don't experience anymore noticeable side effects. Read More Read Less

I started this medication about 4 weeks ago (the first time ever taking HIV drugs). The side effects were mild, and overall, not as bad as I thought. I am starting to feel much better.

I am satisfied using Atripla. As i have been taking it for over a year now. The only thing negative is its a huge horse pill but as long as it is keeping me undetectable I am satisfied.

Very easy to use as it is only one pill a day. This is my first use of HIV drugs, and it is doing wonders.

I am much happier taking the one pill a day and seem to have less side effects than I did when I was taking Combivir and Sustiva. It did give me odd dreams but I was used to that from the Sustiva.I still have some stomach problems in the morning, but I can't be sure if that is a result of the Atripla or other medication I take for cholesterol. All in all this is much better and easier to manage taking one pill a day.

Made me have crazy nightmares and raised my body temp. Still I would recommend it for those who want the ease of taking one pill once a day.

I have not had any side effects with this medication and is very easy to stay on the treatment plan because it is one pill to take as opposed to multiple pills.
