My 18 month son had a viral infection that lasted 7 - 10 day with diarrhea...horrible. After our second trip to the doctor she recommend this (twice a day)..it worked great and you don't need a prescription. My pharmacy had to order it and it was there the next day. We saw improvement after using it for 24 hours...
