I was given Movi Prep by my doctor for a colonoscopy. I was on a light diet, with no meat for a week and no solids 3 days prior to the colonoscopy. I started the firsts liter at 6 pm the day before. I disoved the A and B contentents in to 1 liter of cold water and drank 1 glass every 15 minutes. I waited, and waited. It was 11 pm and no effect, so I provoked a bowel movement. I had a hemicolectomy 7 years ago (all clear!) so I've had many colonoscopy procedures and many preps to achieve the same goal, to clean me out. Most of the preps make me vomit so the last time I had the procedure the dr.'s offices suggested I do a 48 hr clear liquid diet and Dulcolax the day before and a Fleet enema the morning of the procedure. It may not taste the best but it does exactly what it's supposed to do. I never felt sick or had any side effects. It really does what it's supposed to do and fast. Be ready!!!!!

Had to take this for a colonoscopy because of problems I was having that my Dr thought was ulcerative colitis (and he was right). First of all the biggest problem with this prep is THE PRICE! It's quite expensive and there are preps far cheaper. WITH my insurance, this prep cost me $50. Literally like flushing $50 down the toilet :) Second of all, the taste.
