I've been using this ointment for about a year now & at first, it was excellent. I think I may be getting immune to it at times, but it still keeps my bigger zits at bay, pretty well. My one year old son's face has been breaking out really bad. We have went to Drs., Dermatologist, and they have all said its severe baby acne. The last dermatologist we saw specialized in children. She called in the Clindamycin Lotion for me to use on his face, but the information guide says not to use on children under 12 years of age. I just got this drug and I've already gotten compliments on how my skin looks clearer. My skins initial reaction was drying out but now it's gotten used to it and my skin is slowly but surely getting better
