I was prescribed this medications after an allergic reaction, and was directed to take it throughout the winter. However, I began experiencing severe mood changes (more than normal to a teenager), and depression. Mood swings and depression are normal when taking flonase and other corticosteroids. However, they are not included in the list of possible side effects. Hope that helped, and one else ... Show Full Comment

I took Flonase (over the counter dosage) in order to relieve swelling in my nasal passages which was causing me to have sleep apnea events. It took a few days but after week one I was breathing easier and sleeping better. But at the end of week two I began to have uncharacteristic insomnia and was sleeping in 3-4 hour shifts daily. I thought nothing of it on the outset, but after six weeks I began ... Show Full Comment

My friends told me about Flonase and how it has help them and is now available OTC. I had nothing to lose so I gave it a shot.. and it has given me my life back. I've only been using it for one week, but I saw ... Show Full Comment

Have been taking Flonase to combat spring and autumn allergies for over 6 years. No side effects whatsoever. The allergies were ruining my life. After the first few days, the symptoms always completely subside. Now I take a few days before season begins and it's as if I no longer have the allergies. A real life saver for me.

Comment:
Flonase review: I have used flonase for years for my sinus congestion and alergies, and it works great. But now, they have made it non-prescription and it does not work properly. When it was prescribed it cost me a $10.00 copay per month. Now, it costs $23.00 a bottle at Walmart, for the same amount. That is more than twice what I was paying. That is one thing, but it doesn't work proper ... Show Full Comment
