I started taking it for IBS and each day I experienced more gas & bloating. It controlled both constipation & diarrhea but the horrible pain after eating accompanied by severe gas & gas pains got worse with use. It may me afraid to eat! Pain became unbearable at 2 weeks so stopping today!

Very happy with this supplement. I have had digestive issues and IBS for years and decided to try Align as it was on sale and I started to notice positive effects within a few days. Its been 3 weeks now, and my stomach and digestive issues have not caused me any problems and I have not gone this long in years without some sort of issue. Like all supplements and medications it may not work for everyone, but certainly does for me.

I believe Align has given me dry mouth at night. Since I started taking it I wake up with a terrible dry mouth.

I started taken a week ago per doctor one my fourth day I had bad heartburn allnight. stomach pain now I have hives hand feet ears,neck,stomach am calling the doc now will not take anymore

I myself do not take this but my Aunt does She started taking it for her stomach but as time passed she noticed her blood sugar levels were doing really well so when she returned to her doctors they took her off her diabetic meds and hasn't had to have them since with this medication and sensible eating habits she may never have to go back on her meds that would be nice

I started taking Align a few days ago. After the first day or two, I did not notice any changes. However, after Day 3, I started to experience terrible stomach pain and the runs. I stopped taking it immediately and I am on the third day after stopping and my stomach is still not okay. Use this product at your own risk.

My name is Lore, and I have started taking Align for almost a week, at first I had the runs, but that changed after abt 2 days. I have been feeling dizzy since last Saturday with horrible heartburn. Today I woke up with a rash on my upper torso, as well as on my neck. I will stop taking them immediately. So it might work for some, but not for me

I only had to take one pill and I spent over a day of horrible stomach pain. The pain began less than 30 minutes after ingestion. The cramping was incredible. 20 hours later I am still in pain. I will never take this product again.

I started taking Align because I heard that it helped with IBS, which I have had for over 40 years. I actually made it through 3 weeks with it, but with each passing day I felt worse and worse. It finally got to the point where I was walking the floors at night due to debilitating gas pains and bloat. 40 years of IBS and I never had pains like that! This stuff is horrible. The last pill I took was 3 days ago and I can't wait for it all to be out of my system. Do not take this!

I just started taking this to make my unknow stomach pain go away. It accomplished that but now is starting to make me itch not sure what that is but will request my money back if it continues. It did solve the pain but will wait to see if side effects are sustained.

Started using in Jan 2014. Saw improvement in IBS. Noticed lethargy, heartburn, trouble sleeping. 4 weeks later developed horrid case of hives that has not gone away. Two doctors later I have stopped taking med after blisters, horrible stomach upset and the worst heartburn ever! Stay away from this product. The cure is worse than the problem!

All probiotics I've taken give me gas and bloating, I assume they have too much bacteria. This one is expensive and gives me bad dreams, so I quit shortly thereafter. I do believe it works for some people. Steamed green vegetables works for me, provides a happy home for good bacteria.

I was very disappointed, I started getting itchy around the armpit, love handles and lower limbs, then a rash developed in the same areas I just mentioned, felt bloated and full of gas all the time, then became dizzy and developed a persistent cough with mucus in lung that I can feel when breathing in and out, also developed a dry throat with burning sensation from throat to stomach. I know for a fact my symptoms are due to the intake of Align because I normally am healthy and I am not taking any medications, Align is the only pill I am taking and it did not have one good effect on me, was expensive for nothing and I don't normally post anything on the internet but felt obligated to let regular everyday normal people like myself who have discomfort in their guts and saw the commercial then ran to the store to grab this expensive crap that not only doesn't work but gives you a set of new issues to deal with. It has helped me control diarrhea caused by bacterial overgrowth.

I am 75 and have had bloating, gas and headaches. I will stop taking it today now that I see so many others have had the same problems.

71 year old Male.. My Dr. recommended Align for nightly acid reflux. I've been taking it for a week. The acid reflux has gotten worse and I have severe bloating now. This am. I woke up dizzy and had trouble concentrating. Only after eating did the symptoms subside. I will stop taking Align and see if it was making me worse instead of better. I will post the results in a few weeks.

This site is probably occupied by people, maybe the competitors, who want to give Align a bad name. That's why there are no names, no locations. One bad guy could've written all the reviews. Don't believe them, it's a wonderful product! I had problems with my digestive system. My doctor gave me samples for two week. I opened my eyes! Now I am buying Align for myself and my wife too. The best place to buy it is Costco. $45.99 for 7 weeks supply. Buy it, it's good!

Have taken align for 5 days, and have had nausia evey day. will probably take for awhile longer, as it is so expensive.

I chose Align because I heard that it was recommended by GI MD's. I took this drug for a little over a month. I purchased the second box because I thought that maybe it would take time for my intestines to adjust to it. Even though I stopped about a week ago, I still have constant embarassing gas and about 6 small,sometimes urgent, very loose bm's a day. This has diminished since my last dose. I stopped the Align and I'm hoping to return to normal soon. Constipation was preferable to this. I would not recommend this to anyone.Read More Read Less

I took Align instead of eating yogurt when I was prescribed antibiotics. I developed fever blisters after the second day of taking Align, and each day discovered new fever blisters. It took me nearly a week before I became suspicious that it was the Align. I stopped taking it a couple of days ago and haven't developed any new fever blisters. I will be returning this product back to the store I bought it from, for a refund.
