I just started taking Hyomax-SL Instructions are to take sublingually, every 4 hours. Does this sound right? what meds would I might be taking would not interact well with Hyomax?

i have been taking for over a month for stomach problems,caused severe constipation, called dr, started half dose, still no relief, severe constipation, stopped med a few days ago, changed one problem for other on this med

It definitely eased my bowel spasm, which was severely painful. It was the only thing that helped.

This medication started out helpful, but has rapidly losts it's effectiveness. The dry mouth is so bad that my tongue feels like it is burning.

MY PRESCRIPTION SAYS TO DISSOLVE TABLET UNDER TONGUE, IT IS MUCH MORE EFFECTIVE THAN SWALLOWING WHOLE. SEEMS TO WORK VERY WELL WITH THE EXCEPTION OF OCCASIONAL SORE THROAT.

It has stopped the bloating and cramping, but the pain and diarrhea aren't going away.

this medication was researched by my M.D. due to mal absorption. This is the first medication like that that workes on me. However, I am unable to get this med. It has been discontinued.

Almost Killed Me. Due to me being a diabetic, I was not given a warning by my doctor or the pharmacist that it could cause low blood sugar reaction in an insulin dependent diabetic.

Pill does not digest, passes without disolving identity number.

Works fairly well, but does get me constipated for days after taking it.

My doctor prescribed this for IBS. I have been on it for about 3.5 months and have had two flare-ups during that period. The last one was a couple of days ago and was horrible. I go back in December and am going to see what other options are available.

It has not stopped my pain or discomfort at all.

This has worked for me most of the time. I have only had 2 incidents since I have started the drug. It is not perfect, but definitely better than going without it. The main side effect I have is dry mouth.

Nothing is worse, than having a stomach ache. With IBS you never know what your stomach is going to react to. My stomach goes wild after a very stressful day. I am glad I have Hyomax to take, it works.

I was prescribed this medication for antibiotic colitis. I was first given Flagyl and it did not help at all. Then I was given hyomax-sr and it really worked. I feel so grateful for this medicine. My vision did get a little blurry, but nothing that scared me. I woke up a few times in the night, but went back to sleep easily. This drug really works and overall I had a great experience using it. I am well now!

Several hours after taking it(2x a day}I have blurred vision and get tired and sleepy.

I was told to take a pill every morning and night for Irritable Bowel Syndrome. While this medication seems to have helped that problem, I had to stop taking it because it caused blurred vision and dilated pupils.
