Have used Systane for years,but absolutely hate the new dropper wasted more product trying to get it in my eye,will be trying something else

new dropper design is terrible. you get more on your face than in your eye - waste of money. can i get a refund?

Product good, bottle designed by some idiot in an office . I was a registered nurse for 36 years and i find i cannot administer these prooerly without contaminating the top. More often than not the drops miss the eye altogether. For goodness sake get real and bring back the old dispenser. I wont buy any product again with this poorly designed applicator. Please avoid , i am going to put mine in the bin.

Been using eye drops for over 35 years, the new design on the tip of the bottle is awful.

The new bottle/dropper design is terrible. Very difficult to use. Why the change??

Product is ok. New bottle is terrible. Hard to squeeze . Drops wind up being too large and hard to direct accurately into eyes. Will not buy again with this delivery system.

This product does not seem to be superior to the one I was using before. The new bottle is very difficult and more trouble. It is hard to squeeze and regulate the number of drops, and I cannot direct it to my eye as well because of the shape. I do not understand the purpose of the design change at all.

Worst applicator for eye drops I have ever used. It is so difficult to use I will never buy again. Waste of money.

The product work nice if you can get it in your eyes. Horrible new bottle design. Very disappointed.

While the eye drops are good, the applicator is awful. I got more of the drops on my face than in my eye. After using one of the 2 bottles in the package I bought, I threw the other one out and went back to Systane Balance which has a much more accurate dropper. Too bad that the same dropper is not used in the ultra product as well. Having to squeeze the bottle while also aiming it into my eye was not very effective for someone with grip issues. As others have written this new design is terrible. I used to be able to give myself drops but with the new design most of it ends up missing my eyes. I don't know whose bright idea this was and the company probably doesn't read these reviews but it would be nice if they would change it back. I tried to leave a comment on their website but it is hopeless as well. Maybe if their master plan is to make you use more drops because so much goes to waste.

The new dropper on the Ultra Preservative free is hopeless. You are lucky to get it to dispense a drop at all and when you do it misses your eye.

The new dispenser is a terrible design! Of course the product is good if you can get it out of the dispenser and into your eye.

The eye drop solution is excellent, however the new bottle design is terrible. You end up wasting 2 drops for every 1 that gets in your eyes, and then you're left over with some on the tip still. It was already a pretty expensive product compared to alternatives, which I was happy to pay since it works well with the old bottle design and the narrower tip which sucked in the unused solution when you let go and was easier to aim. But now that there is so much going to waste I will be switching to a different product with a better bottle design that doesn't make me frustrated every time I have to use it. Read More Read Less

As expressed by others, the drops are very effective but the new dispenser is terrible. I waste two or three drops each eye. Please go back to the original top.

I like the product but hate the new bottle design. Very difficult to get a single drop and to aim it properly. Lots of wasted drops

Completely dissatisfied with the new design dispenser. I have used Systane faithfully for 12 years but will change to another brand. Whoever created this new design is totally incompetent and the decision makers need to go back to the design board.

Loved Systane Ultra when it was going in my eyes. However the new spout is awful and there is more running down my cheeks than in my dry burning eyes. Will find something different tomorrow
