Loved Systane Ultra when it was going in my eyes. However the new spout is awful and there is more running down my cheeks than in my dry burning eyes. Will find something different tomorrow

The design of the bottle makes it almost impossible to get the drops into your eye. I have more on my cheeks and foreheard. I will be selecting another product that doesn't waste the doseage on application.

The [systane ultra] product is great, but the new bottle design is dreadful - who on earth designed the approx 1cm wide top with the tiny nozzle tucked into the middle for self-application, especially in people with poor eyesight? Clearly field trials with regular users were not performed. The original narrow more pointy nozzle worked well, the new one is wasteful, many drops dribble down the face before the correct amount is achieved actually in the eye. Is this a cheap marketing ploy to ensure we all use excess? Systane ultra is not cheap, why make it so difficult to self-administer? A good product spoilt!Read More Read Less

I hope the folks at Systane read these reviews and realise that the new design is a complete disaster. Please can we have the old nozzle back or I am going to change to a different product.

I have used Systane ultra for many years and love the product. Very effective for dry eye conditions and can be used with contact lenses which is great. Unfortunately, the new bottle is not good. You must squeeze fairly hard to expel the solution, and there is a small residual drop adhering to the tip afterwards. The residual drop often falls on my face which is annoying. Instructions say to shake the bottle to get off the excess drop, which means this is a waste of product. As a result, you dispense more solution each time, but don’t benefit from this excess. Therefore you run out of solution faster, and this makes it more expensive. I try to direct the residual onto my eye, so at least I get some benefit and it isn’t wasted, but this is next to impossible. I hope they go back to the old bottle. Read More Read Less

This new design is horrible, who ever came up with it and who ever approved it should be fired. Please go back to the original design.

I used Systane Ultra for many years and it works well, however the new design of the dispenser makes this product un-usable and a waste. Very bad design of the bottle, the product does not come out, you cannot apply it on the eye area, it goes everywhere else, the bottle shrinks as you squize...I buy this product at Costco - got a pack of 3 and could not use them. Got another pack of 3 thinking they will be better and the same issue.

I have used this product for several years. The new applicator is terrible and I end up wasting most of the product as the new bottle is hard to apply the drops and then the applicator quickly crushes and then it is impossible to get most of the product out. I am returning it to Costco today.

Always used for years now. Bottle is changed when I bought last at costco and terrible to get out and into the eye. Now I have to look for something else

Ii am writing this today with frustration, i've been using this brand for many years and i was satisfied with the product, however, recently when i went to purchase at costco, realize the bottle has been modified, the new bottle has no pointy tips therefore a) not able to aim properly directly to the eye, and it dripped more then one drop at a time, my new bottle last it less then 3 weeks! the half bottle went wasted due to overflowing drops. please bring back the original bottle.

I have used Systane Ultra High performing dry eye relief for over a year and found it very helpful up to a few weeks ago. I opened a new container and as soon as the first drop hit my eye I had the most severe pain I have ever experienced as if I was poked with a red hot rod in my eye. My 50 year old daughter tried it the same thing happened to her.She ran screening to the lavatory to wash it out.

I use these eye drops before going to sleep. They completely relax my eyes, aide my ability to sleep, and result in the most well-rested sleep I have ever had.

Wow! I was shocked to read so many negative reviews for this amazing product. I love it! My eyes have never felt better - and the feeling lasts - even through a night of Netflix binge watching! Thanks Systane for introducing a product for dry eye (I'm 71 and have had problems since I turned 56) that actually works!

I have bought twice and drops are a challenge to get out. Drops are sticky and do nothing. I am a frequent user of contacts and drops and this product is terrible in comparison to others. I will not buy again.

Make my eyelashes gooey and stick together and it’s not confortable.

I take it whenever I feel discomfort in my eyes. It is a miracle product in that it works immediately, works very well and is accessible almost everywhere. It is a bit pricey but worth every nickel. I clean my lids every morning, use another type of dry eye product and fifteen minutes later I put this miracle in. Thank you for an incredible relief product !!

I use this at work because the air system is blowing directly on my face causing my eyes to dry out and become irritated. These eye drops were recommended. I feel like I have vegetable oil in my eyes and cannot see a thing for at least 30+ mins! What is in this stuff? I spend so much time trying to see anything and wiping the oil out of my eyes; everything is worse! Do not recommend unless before bed and you don't need your vision for a bit!!

They burns and  create a film HORRIBLE The only positive thing was easy applicator compared to individual applications.
