Only one application and 24 hours later my eyes still feel terrific. Not sure if it was due to my eye condition or a side effect of the drug or but I did experience a slight pressure around the eyes for about the first hour but after that my eyes felt great.

I found it works well for my dry eyes, but and this is a biggie- my eyelashes keep getting gooey and stick together and it hurts and is making my eyes worse

I used Systane Ultra one time and a blood vessel in my eye burst. That has never happened before. I didn't use it again.

I have had chronic dry eyes leading up to abrasion of the left cornia. This was by far the best out of ALL the drops prescribed by all the doctors I saw.

Before using systane the irritation occurred almost every day and the redness never completely went away, after using systane now I only have outbreaks about once every other week or so. Thanks Systane!
